After PJ Hall converted on FTs to give Clemson a 1-point lead, Proctor drew a foul with 1 second remaining and calmly drilled two foul shots to give Duke the win.
Jared McCain led all scorers with 21 points on 8-12 shooting while Proctor added 18 points in the win.
