Nigeria struggles to deliver good education

    Despite allocating more than $1.3 billion for its education sector between 2009 and 2013, Nigeria is still struggling to deliver good education to millions of its children.

    In December last year the government allocated an additional $500m to improve the situation.

    But despite the heavy investment some 10.5m children still remain out of school according to the UN.
