Current research indicates that after a diagnosed concussion, recovery for younger populations, females, and some special cases may be longer than the 7-10 days noted in the course.

Recovery time after a diagnosed concussion is based on certain characteristics of the individual, as well as the injury itself, and can take days, weeks or even longer.

TeachAids strongly advises that any person who has been diagnosed with a concussion receive an appropriate medical evaluation followed by medical clearance including steps to follow from a qualified medical professional before resuming regular activities (Return to Learn, Return to Play, etc.).
