Pakatan Harapan candidate Pang Sock Tao does not wish to prolong the debate over her vernacular education background.
“My academic achievements are the result of my parents’ hard work in providing me with the best education.
I believe all parents want the best for their children," she said.
She added that as a representative of the people, the matter should not be politicised, and we must respect parents’ decisions regarding the most suitable and best education for their children.
Yesterday, Pasir Mas MP Ahmad Fadhli Shaari from PAS challenged Pang to reveal her school background, after which the latter responded by sharing her straight-A SPM and UPSR results.
