EDIT: To all of you who are getting butthurt over this: I do not hate Rapunzel so please stop assuming so.

The song is from a play called Wicked, and the video itself is based on the play, which is about two girls; one a little bit more snobbish than the other, and Rapunzel and Merida are supposed to represent the two of them.

They do NOT represend themselves as characters from their respective movies.
